Legal terms and conditions of use
TaconRed operates exclusively as an advertising directory. Everyone featured is over 18 years old, each person publishes their own profile and is solely responsible for their photos and content.

1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing, browsing or publishing on TaconRed (the “Site”) you accept these legal terms in full. If you do not agree with any of them, you must leave the Site immediately.
2. Legal age
Everyone featured on the Site is over 18 years old. Each advertiser declares, under their sole responsibility, that they were of legal age on the date of publication and on the date the photographs were taken.
Access to the Site is only allowed to persons over 18, or over the age of majority set by the laws of their country if higher, and only where viewing this content is legal. By entering you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will not allow minors to access the Site from your devices.
TaconRed has a zero-tolerance policy towards any content involving minors. Any such content will be removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.
3. Nature of the service: advertising directory
The Site operates exclusively as an advertising directory. Each profile is created and published directly by the advertiser, who is over 18 and acts independently and voluntarily. TaconRed only provides the advertising space.
TaconRed does not provide, organise, broker or charge for any personal service advertised; it is not a party to any agreement between advertisers and users; and it has no employment, agency or dependency relationship with advertisers. TaconRed is neither the author nor the editor of the content published by advertisers.
Any contact, agreement or meeting between users and advertisers is the sole responsibility of the parties involved, who must comply with the laws in force in their country and city.
4. Responsibility for photos and content
Each advertiser is solely responsible for the photographs, texts, contact details and other content they publish. By publishing, the advertiser represents and warrants that: a) they are the person shown in the photographs or have that person’s express written consent; b) they own the image rights and copyright in the material, or are authorised to use it; c) the content is truthful and not misleading; and d) the publication is voluntary and not made under pressure, coercion or third-party involvement.
TaconRed does not review all content in advance and does not guarantee its truthfulness, accuracy or legality.
5. Age verification and record keeping
Before activating a profile, TaconRed asks the advertiser for an identity document to confirm their legal age and keeps a record of that verification for as long as the law requires.
The advertiser undertakes to keep proof of identity and consent for every person appearing in their material, and to provide it to TaconRed or the authorities upon request. If it is not provided within a reasonable time, TaconRed may remove the content and close the profile.
6. Profiles managed by agencies
Agencies may publish profiles of the models they represent only if each model is over 18, has given express written consent and works with the agency voluntarily. The agency declares that it operates legally and holds any licences required in its country, and is jointly responsible with the model for the published content.
TaconRed verifies the age and consent of each model individually, not just the agency's declaration. Any model may ask TaconRed directly, at any time and without the agency's involvement, to remove her profile. TaconRed does not take part in the relationship between the agency and its models and will immediately remove any agency where there are signs of coercion or exploitation, informing the authorities.
7. Content licence
By publishing, the advertiser grants TaconRed a non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited licence to host, display, technically adapt (for example, resize images) and distribute their content on the Site and in the promotion of the Site itself. The licence ends when the advertiser deletes their profile, except for backups and records that must be kept by law.
Users may not copy, download, reproduce or redistribute the content of the Site without the authorisation of the relevant advertiser.
8. Prohibited content and conduct
It is forbidden to publish: content involving minors; material of persons who have not given their consent; images of third parties without authorisation; content related to human trafficking, exploitation or coercion; and any other content that is illegal in the country from which it is published or to which it is directed.
It is also forbidden to impersonate another person, send spam, use automated tools to scrape data from the Site, introduce malicious software or attempt to interfere with its operation.
9. Moderation, suspension and termination
TaconRed reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend or delete any profile or content, without prior notice, when it considers that it breaches these terms or the law, or when there is a risk to third parties. It may also modify or discontinue the Site in whole or in part at any time.
Advertisers may request the deletion of their profile at any time by writing to contact@taconred.com.
10. Reports and cooperation with the authorities
If you find content that may involve a minor, a person who has not given consent or any sign of trafficking or exploitation, write to us at contact@taconred.com. We will review the report as a priority and remove the content while it is investigated.
TaconRed cooperates with the authorities and will provide the information it holds when required by a court order or applicable law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the advertiser shall indemnify TaconRed, its directors and collaborators against any claim, damage, penalty or expense (including legal fees) arising from their publications or from any breach of these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaconRed shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Site, the content published by advertisers, linked third-party sites or the relationships users establish with advertisers.
13. Privacy and data protection
The personal data you provide will only be used to handle your request and will not be sold or transferred to third parties unless required by law. You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to contact@taconred.com.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the country from which you access the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you by consumer protection law. If any clause is declared void, the rest shall remain in force.
16. Changes and contact
TaconRed may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
